Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. You will receive a 48 hour and 24 hour notification reminder of your appointment. This allows you the opportunity to reschedule if needed as well as be reminded if you have forgotten, so you can avoid any cancellation fees. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file for the full price of the session.

Appointment Reminders

I don’t want you to miss your appointment or be charged for a late cancel. To avoid this and establish accountability, you will receive the following confirmation emails when booking:

1st Email: Appointment Notice (Once you book an appointment through Vagaro, you will receive an email with your appointment details which will allow you to add your appointment to your personal calendar (apple, google, android, etc))

2nd Email: 48 hour confirmation request that will prompt you to confirm your appointment through Vagaro.

3rd/final Email: 24 hour appointment reminder which is the cutoff for cancellation fees.

These appointment reminders will allow you the opportunity to reschedule if needed as well as be reminded if you have forgotten, so you can avoid any cancellation fees.

Canceling less than 24 hours from your appointment?

Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file for the full price of the session.

**Example: Your appointment is August 6th at 10AM. You’ll receive an appointment reminder email on August 4th at 10AM. You need to cancel BEFORE 10AM August 5th to avoid a cancelation fee for full price of session.

All good, no fee!
